It benefits from a very well equipped large luxury kitchen with both an Aga and built-in cooker & microwave as well as an American fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The table in the kitchen conservatory seats 8. A washing machine is installed in the cellar.

 

The Sitting Room has a 48" LCD TV with Freesat HD. The Dining Room seats 12 (max).

 

There are three bathrooms one of which is ensuite. All of which have luxury walk in showers. The whole house benefits from a hot water system that has been upgraded to commercial specification giving high capacity / high pressure flow to all baths, sinks & showers.

 

The house & gardens benefit from great views of the Solent. Facilities at the property include Superfast WiFi internet and multi-room SONOS digital music system (controlled by any smart phone). There is a luxury gas fired 6 burner BBQ grill on the terrace along with teak garden furniture (seating 14) and there is a private driveway and parking for up to seven cars

Devonia is located on the north side of Baring Road, 450m from Villa Rothsay Hotel. It is approximately a twelve minute walk to Cowes Yacht Haven in the centre of town.
