A Boutique Retreat of Elegance, Charm and Authenticity from a Bygone Age

The heart of the property is the 150 year old Victorian "Villa", designed and built during the emergence of Cowes as the yachting capital of the world. The passing of time ebbs and flows, people come and go yet some things will for-always remain unchanged.

For almost half a century, guests from all over the world have called this little slice of Cowes a home from home. We do things a little differently at the Villa.

The Villa Rothsay drawing room transports you back to Victorian grandeur and comfort. Breakfast

All of our room rates are inclusive of a choice of Breakfast options served fresh daily

7:30 to 9:30 Weekdays

8:00 to 10:00 Weekends

You may chose from our selection of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt

Full English

Eggs Benedict

Smoked Haddock

Unfortunately we do not allow dogs in the dinning room for breakfast

Parking

Bringing your car with you is a great way to maximise your time when exploring everything the Isle of Wight has to offer. The Villa benefits from having a small car park on Baring Road and an overflow (lower) car park on Cliff Road (close to the sea front)

It is always best to bring your car to the Baring Road (top) car park and to check in at reception where we can establish which car park is most suitable for your stay

“We arrived to a wonderful welcome and was shown to a lovely room that had everything we could desire for a perfect weeks stay.  The view from our window was amazing. We could watch ships going past on their way to Southampton and when clear could see Portsmouth.”
